does the cpu put back ups in in pre season games

i have not experienced this i play whole games 15 min quarters wit default sliders and the cpu never puts bacups in does anyone else have this problem

yep, definitely sucks. It won't play the backups at all. If you sim the games the cpu backups play the 2nd half but not the actual games you play.

yeah it does suck cuz every once in a while during franchise preseason i'll sim it till the end and it starts out with the starters, then the backups come in, then late in the 4th when i jump in, the starters are back on the field. Course im playing 8 min qtrs

They will only come in if the CPU has a big enough lead. In one of my first game in exhibitions I was getting crushed 31 to 7 in the 4th and they sub just about everybody.

Same problem for me and this is another fix they need to make. They use one running back the whole game. They must have super stamina. Yep, like that portrays football.
