How do I get franchise Milestones?

I won the MVP and ROY with the Bengals(traded for Kevin Jones and ran like the dickins with him), but at the end of the season I never got a message saying I got the milestones trophies or points?

Did i miss something when it says you can simulate the game and still get the points(I simulate the season once I make it into the playoffs)?

Help please...

I don't know if this is right or not. But I think you have to play with your favorite team(the one your picked when creating you VIP) in Franchise to get milestones.
