Whenever I play in the snow or rain the game seems to have bad framerate problems and there is considerable slowdown. Has anyone else noticed this? Is there a way to fix it? The game is almost unplayable to due to the choppiness. I have the xbox version and this didn't happen in last years game.

I play the XBox version as well and have seen no such issues. However, I think I did read on these boards that if you're having problems you should change the XBox display setting to 480i. Hope it helps.

Thats good to hear. What dvd drive do you have? My xbox is fairly new and I have the phillips drive.

I notice slowdown during snow games, none that I remember during rain. Samsung drive, Halo SE system, purchased in April. Drive isn't causing it.

Mine is just 3 months old with a Samsung drive.

Game runs horribly online in the rain for me. I havent had any snow game yet but i hate my leagues when i have to play in the rain.

Why would you play games with bad weather online? I mean with all the crying people do about the online game w/o weather making it worse.

I get slowdown but its only when stats start flying accross the screen and never while I'm actually playing. So no skin off my knee.

i've only had one slowdown in the snow with my ps2 and that was after during my field goal kick, but it quickly ended.
