Is it Really A DT Glitch and how do you stop it?

I was playing a friend of mine on line the other day on All Pro and Perf. Eq. was on.

He was the SeaHawks and I was the raiders. He kept controlling the DT and as soon as I would hike the ball he would charge his man up and sack me. It was so quick that I could not do anything about it. It happened so often that I had to look at the replay. It is not that he is going thru my offensive lineman but rather my guard is helping the center block the same guy and his man is on me so quick.

Is this a glitch that he is taking advantage of or is there something I need to change when I am calling plays?

Does playing on Legend on-line take way some of these glitches?

The DT Glitch is when the Dline does a Twist play. The DT is supposed to stunt with the DE, so the OLT blocks the DT and the OLG blocks the DE... on a player controlled DT the DT doesn't pull and as the Guard pulls away to block, the DT- if he's just a tad slow off the line, can proceed unimpeded to the QB or HB. How do you stop it???

But seriously... I'll call a roll-out play or scramble away, or have the TE on a quick out, or the HB or FB rolling out. and dump to them. BUT the best way to stop your 'friend' is to fight fire with fire!

There's that nifty QB evade thing too. If you can react quick enough you may be able to shrug him off.
