Help here. Can someone explain this to me? Can I actually copy and paste created & rookie pics to the game.

no, you can only copy pics already in the game and paste them on rookies, i take no-name free agents or even team players who you wouldnt recognize and paste them to rookies

I got it covered I have the roster update on desktop I'm trying not to release them yet cause I want to complete everything. People keep speaking on rosters and I'm getting "hype". Please please quit teasing before I release them.
