Needs some help!?!

I am not very computer saavy at all and I need help getting the rosters. I just bought the game and I need to get the updated rosters ( really dont care about jerseys and other updates). I know what xport and xsata are but i dont know how it works or anything. I just need some help in the most simple terms i cant get. Please Help!!!!!

Go to the thread in this rosters forum called 360 convert roster. THat first thread tells it all.
