2005-2006 Roster?

Hey guys- Does anyone have a good season-ending 2005-2006 roster in their possession? I have GCO's up on my site, but I am wondering if any others did one. Dan, didn't you say something on another thread that after you did 2007-8 you'd have three years you could play? Just curious.

While on the subject, anyone else who made rosters (I could swear I read about a 1991 roster somewhere), I'd like to post them, so we have them all in one spot. Let me know if you have some hidden gem somewhere.

I've gone through every thread in the rosters section and pulled all the rosters I could find (except Convince's) and have posted them. Anyone working on anything new they'd like to share? I love the historic rosters.

Hey Capa- I did that last week. I just checked and they're posted.

Depending how far they go, you could probably lift Puja or jsou's JAX team this year, "capa"size it and I could post that one too. The 1999 team looks a little lonely.

If you do a member search on me (dan77733) and look through the topics that I posted, you'll find a 2K6 (2005) roster / franchise file and a 2K7 (2006) roster / franchise file. You can post them on your site if you want but im in the process of doing them all over.

I'm going to use VC's final roster update as the base roster. I'm going to fix their final roster by adding the missing rookies from the 2004 NFL Draft as well as add other missing players and add my global edits and whatnot. I'm going to redo my 2K6 roster because I didnt add all the drafted rookies from 2005 like I did with my 2K7 (2006) roster.

I have already copied and pasted season ending rosters for this current season (2007) on wordpad documents that are as of last Monday December 31st, 2007. Once I finish all four rosters (2K5-2K8), I'll have four years that I could play for franchise but I dont actually go through the off-season. I start with the 2004 season by loading my 2K5 franchise file and when I finish the season, I will simply overwrite the franchise save by loading my 2K6 franchise file. I'll basically be loading the next season and overwrite the past season.

Hope that doesnt sound confusing.

Again, if you want to posy my current roster and/or franchise files on your site, feel free to do so but be advised that once I redo them all, the current ones will no longer exist to me.

Yeah...but there is no way to get it be a single historic team like the others (per Finn). I guess I could export the data and edit the 99 team with the 2007 team data..ugh...would be easier if I could just import the data on top of the 99 file, rename it and voila!

i was in the process of fixing up warpath's tecmo bowl roster into 1990-1991 (the original file was basically 90% accurate to ~90-91 but w/ a few 1989-only players in there too); i was just fixing DOB, appearance, & years exp if necessary. got thru DEN before this season started. check his posts for the original file though

Yes...but you can't rename then can you? In other words, the team will not have the same naming convention as the others (ESPNNFL2K5_Bills73.zip)?
