Is this the right cable?

So I was playing NFL2K5 just now and I simply can't believe how many times my eyes get reopened to how great this game was; literally it's like the movie Groundhog Day where each time it's like a whole new experience.

Anyway, I think I'm finally committed to going with the whole custom roster experience - yeah, 5 years too late - and went the routes of this link to get everything I need http://www.operationsports.com/forum...ers-360-a.html

So now my question is finding the proper transfer cable and went the route of Amazon. I have the game, the MS transfer cable, and a memory card. I came across this item and was wondering if this is what I needed: http://www.amazon.com/Data-Transfer-...=operasport-20 I'm assuming I can simply download the software for free instead of purchasing a whole new kit for $30-$45. If I'm in the wrong, please clarify and help me find my way.

the cable u have is for one harddrive to the next i just got the new xbox slim and i need that cable to move over my save files most important my nfl2k5 files.

those cables work just fine as long as u run XP, I tried them on Windows 7 and it was grayed out, but worked on my XP Netbook with XPORT360 software from the web.

Got mine for 6.99 freeshipping, within 2 days of buying them i recived them.

Hey, Austin is right down the road. Just kidding, well, I'll save up a bit and try to get a hold of this at some point. I just hate spending that kind of money on something that I will use rarely.
