PCSX2 now runs NFL 2k5 nearly perfectly! Any ideas on how to mod the game?

Now that the PS2 emulator PCSX2 runs NFL 2k5 without freezing (and nearly perfectly I might add, save for some audio slow-down). What hopes/options do we have of updating the rosters through mods? Is there any way we can actually update the player pictures or logos. At the very least I hope this will re-vitalize the efforts to keep PS2 saves up to date.

Oh wow!!! Last update was 2 days ago!!!! That's amazing.

It doesn't look like they messed around with the game assets at all, but hey, I'll gladly take active roster updates any day of the week!

And NFL 2K5 on PCSX2 can be modded with Texmod. Meaning All textures (uniforms, stadiums, player faces, player pics) can be updated
