Can anyone help me out here? I have an asus laptop on windows 8 or whatever the latest update. I downloaded xplorer 360 and when I try drag the file it go 🚫 I can’t drag it. I really want these rosters please anybody help me out.

Try using this website. There’s like a lock within windows that prevents you from doing a simple drag and drop.

I recall getting a franchise file is challenging because of the editor. Is anyone actively working on a franchise file for this roster update?

This file looked to be more current than the PS2 roster file post I saw. I converted this to a *.max file for PS2 folks. I tested this and saw no issues or crashes post conversion. The file name is 2K21Ros when loaded.

it just took me to a screen called UAC change User Account Controll settings.to turn UAC off drag the slider down to Never notify or turn UAC On drag the slider up to the desired level of security.

Correct. The UAC is what is preventing you from doing a simple drag and drop. If that doesn't work, you can go into regedit and change the value to 0. It's a little more complicated than just turning a slider down but it's very easy to do.
