Summary of Rosters?

Could someone summarize the status of the rosters being posted here. Are they just more up to date in terms of which players are on which teams and which are free agents? Or have ratings adjustments been made to make for more realistic gameplay? Or both?

I currently play with default rosters and sliders that are adjusted to fall somewhere in between Legend and All-Pro (ones that I found recommended in the Slider forum here). I know that people have had success in balancing the game and getting more realistic play via roster edits. Do irondudez or baseball88's rosters do this...and if so, what sliders do you recommend using with them?

I've been looking at this all day and to be honest I don't think you could just "sum" them up they're that good. My advice is to try them for yourself and draw your own conclusions....nuff said I could say something but it wouldn't be fair to any guy who throws his hat in this competitive but exciting new way to do and edit rosters...Why you might ask?

They are about the best thing to hit this site since day one waayyy back starting with the great Xrob who started throwing down awhile back and I've a feeling he's not done yet.

So once again try them and draw your own conclusions bro they're just that good!!! And now fellas back to the buisness at hand...Monday Night Football.
