nfl 2k5 sim sliders...
I can’t remember who made this slider….. But I found this in MLB 2k5 forum
-_- thanks to whoever made this slider.....
I have enjoyed this slider for long time….
Can u guys try this and tell me if there is Better sliders than this??? Thanks….
FOOTBALL SIM SLIDERS
begin on all pro setting (though game will play harder than legend!)...
then maximize the defense sliders for both you and the computer (tackling, coverage) ...
then minimize the offensive sliders for both you and the computer
(catching, passing, receiving, running, blocking) ...
set the kicking to the all pro setting for both you and computer
(you can leave this setting alone) ...
then minimize the fatigue sliders for both you and computer ....
set the pursuit to the all pro setting plus 5 clicks (for both you and the computer)...
put the penalties on MAX
gameplay at 8 minutes
you get realistic stats, averages, number of plays, penalties called, etc; ESPECIALLY rushing stats, per carry ave REALLY toned down this way.
good receivers will still catch the ball, bad ones will have drops. accurate QBs will remain accurate, poor ones will throw picks, all star RBs will break tackles and have good per carry averages, bad ones will barely crack 2-3 a carry if they are lucky. the combination of max defense and min offense essentially means playmakers on both sides will make plays, others won't. and the pursuit increase still allows for breakaways, but just makes the D smarter. i've tested it, and faster players will still outrun slower players, but the overall pursuit will be better, so you will need to pay more attention. also the fatigue means you wont be able to run the same plays over and over, you'll need to rest em, sub em, or choose other plays. hope you all like these sliders as much as me and my friends have.
i read people have trouble with the on sides kick. there's a trick to doing it. when you press the button to begin the meter, DONT press it again near the top, and DONT try to press it FAST while at the bottom.
