In my experience this solves the major problems known.
Better qb comp. %
Better db animations
Better AI
You can really feel the difference between difficultie levels
Fewer interceptions (still working on it to try and perfect it) (edit 08/feb/2015, interceptions are just right now, 1 per game aprox., changed blocking from 10 to 12)
