Does it let you assess penalties for keeping players?

As for time, I should be alright whenever. Not like I have a job, lol.

And if we keep a guy we didn't draft, is there still that 10 dollar penalty? It would be asinine to pay that much for a defensive player, IMO.

I updated the penalties.

Giggs- Yes, $200 budget before I subtract penalty for keeper

Maxt- I believe I can adjust the budget for each individual user.(If that's what you're asking)

Yeah, if you didn't draft, then no penalty.
