No problem, man. Other than one or two speed bumps we still pulled this one off. With that trio of running backs that you had, it was going to be tough to take you down. Let's do it again next year with the new rules in place to avoid anymore deadbeats/troublemakers.

Yes, it needs to be a majority approval and since there were only 9 of us, that means that 5 have to approve the payouts. We did the same thing in the baseball league this year and the payouts were approved within the hour. Perhaps some folks haven't been online or something.
