Eric Darnold, Senior, QB (Pittsburgh)

New York, NY (AP) – Pittsburgh's Junior quarterback Eric Darnold won the 2032 Heisman Memorial Trophy given to the most outstanding player in college football. Darnold led Pittsburgh to an American Athletic title, a (13-0) record, and a #4 seed in the upcoming College Football Playoffs. Darnold had a magical season for Pittsburgh throwing for 3,705 yards with 52 touchdowns and only one interception. He also ran it 85 times for 241 yards and two scores.

Darnold finished ahead of UNLV's Ezekial Veasy by a large margin. Veasy led the nation in rushing with 1,511 yards with five touchdowns. The sophomore also caught 54 passes for 420 yards and four touchdowns.

The All PAC-12 Teams were announced this week. As expected UNLV and Oregon dominated the teams with UNLV placing five on the First Team, six on the Second Team and six on the Freshman Team. Oregon placed six on the First Team and three each on the Second and Freshman Teams.

I can see where that 2nd round match up will definitely be a nail biter no matter what. But if you get by SC or the Ducks. It will be smooth sailing for you to the finals. That bottom bracket winner will have had a hard fought fight to get to the finals. Show them how the Rebels roll. Good luck BigJ.

The Selection Committee loves those Conference rematch's.. Love seeing FIU in the in the playoffs and as a #12 isn't bad cause the selection committee likes #12 seeds pulling off upsets..

you'll get arguably the toughest matchup in the QFs, but probably one of the easier matchups if you make the semis with either Jax State/FIU/Pitt

Rematches are always tough, but you guys have been rolling since last season. you guys have got this!
