Re: Coaching Career of Matt Lytle (NCAA Football '08)

My next game is against an FCS team, and on the site I find these helmets, I can't find any. I know, not a big deal, but I'm just saying.

I'll try to play that one tonight. Should be quite a blowout.

Playing on Freshman and you only scored 31? You know on Freshman you can pretty much call Hail Marry's and user catch everything for a TD.

Yeah, I was trying to do small passes and small runs, running out of bounds, and running out the clock so that I didn't run the score up.

FCS Southeast at Bowling Green
September 29, 2007

Corso's Pick: Bowling Green
Herbstreit's Pick: Bowling Green

Goals for Game: 200 Yards Passing, 100 Yards Rushing, Get Turnovers!

Coach Lytle's Comments:
"We came out and really played hard tonight. We went out there with a certain amount of goals, and made sure to get them all done. I wanted HB #33 to gain over 100 rushing yards, and he did, I wanted QB #17 to get over 200 yards passing, and he did. I also wanted the defense to get some turnovers, and they sure did. Next week we have to face off against #23 Boston College, and I know we are major underdogs in that game, but if we can play as well as we did tonight, I think we can come together as a team, and win it."

Final Score: 55-0

Bowling Green Players of the Game:
QB #17: 11/16, 254 yds, 4 TDs, 1 Rush TD
HB #33: 19 att, 127 yds, 1 TD
SS #25: 2 tkls, 2 INTs

Starting the game against #23 Boston College.

It's cold, rainy, and on TV!

End of the 1st, I'm winning 3-0. It's 4th down for them, and they are about to kick a field goal to tie it up.
