South Bend Indiana- Notre Dame played rivals Michigan this week in Michigan. Notre Dame won a stunning game 34-30. Notre Dame was losing the game until the 4th quarter but made a strong comeback thanks to a touchdown pass to Wide Receiver Golden Tate and a later interception to seal the victory. Lou Holtz's "How to Win Your Ball Games" Week 3

What Notre Dame Needs to do to beat Michigan State

1. Play defense, your defense has not played great this year, it is time to step it up.
2. No stupid turnovers, don't give these guys the ball, you need to score.
3. Capitalize on field position, if you get could field position, this is a good game to start capitalizing on it.
4. Play good before the 4th quarter, you guys always decide to turn in on in the 4th, how about in the 1st?
5. Run the clock if you have the lead late, you guys have not played good defense, keep that offense on the field.

Lou says- Notre Dame loses
