As, a note: As of now I am going to limit all players to 1*, there will be 2-3 people that get noted as a 2*, that criteria will be privleged to me and is not a popularity contest, just a matter of many things....If I move to a 2 star program, everyone will have opportunity to be a 2* player, then 1-2 are 3*s. Doing a well done scouting Report is the best way you can get yourself higher rated.
