Re: Stunning St.Louis (With more losses)(Madden 10)

0-4 NO MORE!

Thats right, the lowly Vikings managed to beat a Rams team that was a little over confident after beating the 49ers. The main differences were Adrian Peterson's ability to destroy the St.Louis defense, and Marc Bulger, becoming the first person since Atlanta Falcons Quarterback Chris Redman to post a Quarterback rating of 0.0 (Redman did so in the 2007 season against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers). Bulger could not do anything to help his cause, except hit his new favorite target, Brooks Foster. That worked until the Vikings D smartened up and picked Bulger off four times, including twice in the end zone, and once immediately after Adrian Peterson scored a touchdown, a costly pick, as it went to the house, to make it 14-0.

Re: Stunning St.Louis (With more losses)(Madden 10)

Bulger Becomes Second Player in NFL History to Have Back to Back 0.0 Passer Rating

Yes, Bulger once again sucked, yes, The Rams once again lost, and Yes, they also got shut out. Scobee managed to start with a bang, kicking a 50 yard field goal, and then kicking in two more later, and that really was all that happened, this game was bland like dry toast, and as boring as watching paint dry.

Re: Stunning St.Louis (With more losses)(Madden 10)

Colts Beat Rams in Dieing Seconds, Bulger Fails to Set NFL Record

St.Louis got an early touchdown, as Randy McMichael showed absolute brilliance in the game. Manning came back to his own tight end to knot the game up at 7. Bulger was sacked for a major loss, but it was so major, he got hurt on the play, and fumbled the ball, both got returned, but Bulger returned to the game, and the ball was returned to the end zone by Seward. McMichael caught his 2nd TD of the game late to tie it at 14. Manning drove the Colts down field, throwing a laser that looked to be a Wayne TD, but instead found the hands of the defense. Bulger then drove his own team down field, but not end zone bound. Josh Brown drove a 52 yard kick attempt off the bar, then off the bottom of the upright and out. The Colts received good field position as Manning drove down field, and Vinatieri kicked home the winning field goal with no time left.

Re: Stunning St.Louis (With more losses)(Madden 10)

Rams Fail to Tie, Fall to Lions

Marc Bulger threw his 100th Career Interception, into the end zone, and one of the Rams many chances to score went down the drain. Bulger had two shots at TD's, and both times managed to complete them to the defenders, and Brown failed to hit two field goals, one from the 52, which he hit the outside of the upright, and one from the 28, which he hit both bars on. The most exciting part of the game was the 30 seconds where if you got a drink, you should be sorry. First, Calvin Johnson reeled in a 53 yard catch for a touchdown, on the ensuing kickoff, Donnie Avery sprinted down field before getting hauled down with 6 yards to go, Jackson ran it home. The gap looked to be closed and momentum stolen, but then, Buchanon took the kickoff in his end zone, broke down field, avoided a tackle, and took it a whopping 102 yards for a touch down. Randy McMichael continued his good season snagging 14 passes, and scoring on one of them.

Re: Stunning St.Louis (With more losses)(Madden 10)

Rested Rams Look Worse than Before

Coming off the bye, the Rams were finally starting to come together, Bulger was warming up, McMichael was starting to dominate, and Jackson was playing well. The Defense started to get their act together, and the losses were coming to a closer margin, that last part at least is still true. Coming off the bye week, the Rams had to face the 5-3 Saints, they managed to lose by 4 points, not bad right? Wrong. They lost with both Bulger and Boller finishing with a combined 7 interceptions, and both rocking amazing 0.0 passer ratings, Bulgers 3rd game where he posted 0.0. Donnie Avery strung together a few good kick returns, including one to the house, and Donnie Jones kept up his brilliant punting. Brown got better with his kicks, hitting no metal, and McMichael kept playing well. The thing is, Brees just dominated, in a game where there were multiple turnovers from both sides.

Re: Stunning St.Louis (With more losses)(Madden 10)

Warner, Bulger, Put on a Show, Cardinals Win in OT

No one thought that the way this season went that Bulger would be playing well against Kurt Warner, let alone be leading until Warner tied it in the 4th. The Rams managed to lose a coin toss, and one amazing run, Lynch'd the Rams. This was too entertaining to be put to words, as it was a fun feeling game, even for the losing Rams. Randy McMichael put up a milestone as he caught his 25th TD, Chris Draft put up his 500th tackle, D.J.Atogwe got his 20th career interception, and Randy McMichael is also 10 yards shy of 4,000 receiving yards.
