COLORADO: CUSTOM CONFERENCES DYNASTY (Go Buffs!)

It's August 21st, a few days before the 2011 college football season is set to start, former NCAA Commissioner Larry Hughes is arrested after a huge car chase.

He was arrested on charges of fraud and money laundering during his stint in the NCAA. It seems he was taking bribes from schools such as Montana, Texas State, California-Davis, and North Dakota. These bribes were given so that these teams could easily jump into Div 1- FBS. They had all been invited by numerous conferences to join after last years huge realignment shake up. Some of these moves were very controversial. Due to these and other crimes, MarylandMan has taken over as new Commissioner of the NCAA. He immediately facilatated new conference shakes ups as well. The new conferences will be listed in the next post.
