The NCAA has chosen to use option 1. The Independents will be treated as a conference. There will be six lower leagues. The lower leagues are: Independents, Sun Belt, C-USA, WAC, MAC, MWC. The 6 AQ leagues are the Big East, the ACC, the Big 12, Big 10, SEC, and PAC 11. The PAC 11, SEC, and ACC will all have 11 teams. The other 3 AQ conferences will have 10.

ACC-
Maryland
Miami
Florida State
Boston College
Virginia
Virginia Tech
Georgia Tech
North Carolina
North Carolina State
Wake Forest
Clemson

Big 12
Baylor
Oklahoma
Texas
Texas Tech
TCU
Kansas
Kansas State
West Virginia
Oklahoma State
Colorado

SEC
Flordia
Georgia
Texas A&M
Tennessee
LSU
Alabama
Kentucky
Auburn
Arkansas
Missouri
South Carolina

Also, Notre Dame joined the Big 10, and the Big 10 dropped Minnesota, Indiana, and Northwestern left the conference.

2012 WEEK ONE- MARYLAND

We started our season by picking up some guys that were interested in Maryland to join the program. Also, my scouts and recruiters added some guys to the recruiting board. We had a bye this week. I changed the offensive strategy to Pro Style, an the defense to a 3-4.

2012 WEEK TWO- MARYLAND

This week we played FCS East. It was a game that exposed our offensive woes. One of the touchdowns was a Pick-6, so we only scored 2 offensive touchdowns vs. an FCS team. We signed a 1 star players. He is OLB. I hope he turns out to be a Gem.

2012 WEEK THREE- MARYLAND

Recruit. Scout. Leave.

2012 WEEK FOUR- MARYLAND
I simmed this week. We beat Army 35-16. I continued scouting and a few guys have soft committed.

2012 WEEK FIVE- MARYLAND
We played #5 WVU. The game was awfully low scoring, and we lost 10-0. Our defense was pretty good, but our offense was anemic. We were getting a lot of pressure on the QB, and we had about 3 interceptions if I remember correctly. A lot of guys signed, and they were 3 star caliber players. Looks like recruiting will be pretty good this year. I am making a lot of promises, hopefully I will be able to keep them

Don't want to sound like a dick, but it's relegation, not regulation. I realize that you know how to spell, but these are two different words with different meanings. You're looking for relegation, not regulation.

Okay, I got it. Regulation has to do with the law, relegation has to do with the way my league is set up. I understand..

Re: Maryland Terrapins Dynasty: A Story of Regulation

SEASON ONE WRAPUP AND RELEGATIONS
Season 1 is over. We went 7-6 with a win over Pittsburgh in the Music City Bowl. We had one of the top 45 recruiting classes in the land, and nabbed an 80 overall Athlete and some other nice players. We had only about 15 total players signed, but I feel I did pretty good. Recruiting is difficult and I fell behind in many of the recruiting battles during the regular season. Oklahoma won the National Title.

Now it is time for relegation.

The best team in each feeder league will move to the top, and each top league will send their worst team to the feeder league in exchange.

Here are the pairs.

ACC and Sun Belt
SEC and C-USA
Big 10 and MAC
Big 12 and WAC
Big East and Independents
Pac-12 and MWC

The worst team in the ACC was Wake Forest. They will be exchanged for Mississippi State, the best team in the Sun Belt.

The worst team in the SEC was Kentucky. They will be exchanged for Tulsa, the best team in the C-USA.

The worst team in the Big 10 was Illinois. They will be exchanged for Ball State, the best team in the MAC.

The worst team in the Big 12 was Colorado. They will be exchanged for Arkansas State, the best team in the WAC.

The worst team in the Big East was USF. They will be exchanged for BYU, the best team in the Independents.

The worst team in the Pac-12 was Oregon State. They will be exchanged for Boise State, the best team in the MWC.
