"Rainey Set To Lead WKU Offense"

WKUSports.com - It's no surprise that Senior (then Junior) running back Bobby Rainey was the focal point of a lackluster Western Kentucky offense least year (In fact, he was 4th in the entire NCAA in rushing yards last year). This year proves to be no different as the Hilltoppers will be looking to make some kind of improvement from their dreadful 1-11 season a year ago. When asked how he felt on being the focal point of the offense, Rainey said "It's a good feeling to know that your teammates look to you to carry them each and every game. Others may look at it as too much pressure, but I feel that anyone who is as determined as much as I am, would love to be in my shoes right now".
