After getting a slightly better O-line in place the Texans are to start LEaf in the first pre-season game, more on this as we get it.

I tried to rush the first season after Leaf got a season ending injury, sorry guys you deserve more.

I have not been updating because I have been sick since Monday, will try to update this on Thursday or Friday.

Training camp

Before the season teams around the NFL are heading into training camp, with a mostly uneventful free agency by the Texans many are wondering if they plan to trade players away.

Currently Leaf is number 2 on the depth chart, he had this to say about it


"I understand they want to see the other man on the team, I truly do. I feel as if I have been given the last chance of my career to play in the NFL by the Texans franchise and will not act immaturely and ruin it this time like I have before. When I was drafted at #2 I should at least give something to the NFL even if it is being a backup."

Coach David Green has said all positions are up for grabs going into the pre-season.

This morning coach Green announced Ryan Leaf as their starting QB going into the season, after his start last year the Texans hope he can keep things up. Many fans are outraged at this choice, here is what some of them had to say:
