2015 College Football Preview

Clemson leads the Pack

After finishing #2 in the final polls last year, Clemson is looking to pounce in quest of its 2nd National Championship in 2015. Despite losing All-Americans Sammy Watkins, Vic Beasley and Stephone Anthony, Clemson looks as strong as ever. Ohio State, Texas A&M, Stanford, Oregon, Arkansas and defending champion Kentucky are looking strong heading into 2015 also.

Preseason Top 25 Polls

But don't sleep on Oregon QB Marcus Mariota, LSU power back Jeremy Hill, Georgia Tech's option threat Vad Lee, even Kentucky QB Patrick Towles, head of UK's juggernaut offense from one year ago.

Re: On, On, U of K! (an NCAA 14 Kentucky dynasty)

2015 Kentucky Schedule

The National Champs have nowhere near the same nightmarish non-conference schedule as they did last year (they have FIU, Illinois and Louisville), but the first part of the SEC on the schedule could be rough for the Cats. After Louisville, they play 3 straight ranked teams in conference. After that comes the cupcake part of the SEC to close the season. While the Cats likely won't make it back to the National Title this year, an SEC title certainly isn't out of the question.

Projected Record: 10-2

9/5 @ Auburn
9/12 vs #19 Louisville
9/19 vs #16 LSU
9/26 vs #20 Florida
10/3 vs #25 South Carolina
10/10 vs FIU
10/17 @ Illinois
10/24 vs Mississippi State
10/31 vs Missouri
11/14 @ Vanderbilt
11/21 @ #12 Georgia
11/28 @ Tennessee
