NCAA 14 Dynasty Suggestions

Hey everyone, I'm have really wanted to start an NCAA 14 dynasty and I've decided to do it now. I just wanted you guys' suggestions so my dynasty was more interesting. Btw I'm not good with graphics but I will try to make it interesting. You can leave suggestions like what team I should use and what roster or sliders I should use. Also, I'm on ps3. Well seeing as how lots of folks are using small schools now, I'd love to see a bad team in a good conference (ex. South Florida, Indiana, West Virginia, Purdue, etc.) Another cool idea would be to move Navy or Army into the American early and see what you can do.
