Toronto grabs a second Wisconsin Badger with their pick after trading down again, giving them eleven picks in all. Parker was injured early in the 2014 season and did not play. If he can shake off the rust he could be a steal for the Thunderbirds. Has good size and strength. Above average arm strength. Can move around in the pocket but not a tuck and run guy. Most accurate passer in the draft. Should compete with Austin Davis for the starting job.

Toronto wanted to add a speed rusher at some point in the draft and they did so here. Anderson could stay on the line or shift to linebacker. Most likely a situational pass rusher at this point. Finesses his way around blockers very well. Doesn't possess great straight line speed but accelerates quickly. Chases down plays from behind. Needs to work on strength to be an every down player. Did miss some games due to injury at Texas.

Toronto pulls the trigger on the small school star. Thigpen did it all for the Muleriders. Played tackle, end, linebacker and left tackle. Looks to be more of a pass rusher in the NFL. Versatility will be a benefit as they can use him inside or outside in the 4-3. Will need to adjust to much more talented opposition in the NFL. Could be an every down player with some work.

Howard is a nice, all-around tight end. Not the fastest, not the best hands and not the most athletic in class but does all of those things at an above-average level. Great size. Could be a starter but is likely a number two for now. One of the top run blockers in the group. Played some guard due to injuries and excels as a pass blocker, for what that's worth.

Drummond has the size and strength to be an every down back. With C.J. Spiller the only other back on the roster thus far they could be looking to go with a "thunder and lightning" approach. Drummond works best between the tackles but can get outside for big gains from time to time. Not a great receiver out of the backfield. Doesn't fumble often. The coaching staff love this pick.

Built like Calvin Johnson, Hawkins wreaked havoc on defenses while at Mount Union. Set the school record for receiving touchdowns. Not a burner but great speed at almost 240 pounds. Great hands. Needs to improve route-running at this level. Beats press coverage with ease. One of the stronger receivers in the class. Quite shifty for such a big body.

Redmond's 40 time got him a little more attention at the combine. Toronto liked him to start. Showed nice strength. Gets off blocks well. Has the ability to play as a down defensive end in pass rush packages. Chases down plays very well. Not overly effective in pass coverages. Could be a nice developmental piece.
