Old Dominion opened the new year with a new offensive system in place as they were looking to take advantage of there stable of running backs.

Of course changing an offense isn't easy and that's one thing Old Dominion found out. They were able to put up yards in the beginning but unable to put up points. That changed in the second quarter as Old Dominion got on the board with an early TD run. They would add a field goal as well and give up a score to make it a three point game going into the half.

The second half was pretty much back & forth with no one able to do a thing. That is until the final quarter Old Dominion managed to push there lead back up with a TD. Idaho would answer with a TD over there own but thanks to a late score by Old Dominion they picked up there first win of the year.

Old Dominion came into this week's game looking to keep there winning streak in sight. But someone should have told Virginia that as they came to play. Besides there starting quarterback turned into a turnover machine .

Jake Wright would go on to have four turnovers in the game as Virginia used those to get ahead and stay ahead of Old Dominion. Old Dominion will travel to Western Michigan next week.
