Thanks for following man! I tried to pick a team that would resemble the Argonauts uniform as close as possible whether it was through original uniforms or after relocating and the Titans uniform seemed to resemble it the closest. So they will maintain the Titans uniforms and branding but all graphics that are posted through the updates on here will be the Argonauts. And yes they will be relocating to Toronto after the first season but for simplicity sake they are still considered the "Toronto Argonauts" from the start.

PRESEASON ROSTER PREVIEW

With the NFL preseason right around the corner, we take a look at the Argos roster and what to expect from them in their inaugural season. While many are optimistic for what could shape out to be a very promising season, the Argonauts could already be facing one big challenge in terms of depth in their roster. With this year being a sort of "transition" year, the Argos are seen to already have their roster set at 53 due to many leaving in order to stay in the CFL or pursue other opportunities. With this in mind, the Argos main goal seems to be focused around position battles and finalizing their depth chart.

PRESEASON ROSTER

QB (3): McLeod Bethel-Thompson (24), Brandon Bridge (25), James Franklin (23).

WR (6): Alex Charette (28), Armanti Edwards (27), SJ Green (28), Llevi Noel (20), Jimmy Ralph (27), Derel Walker (25).

RB (5): Dexter McCluster (31), Chris Rainey (24), Tyrell Sutton (30), Mercer Timmis (23), James Wilder Jr (27).

FB (1): Declan Cross (23).

TE (2): Anthony Coombs (23), Rodney Smith (28).

OL (10): G Ryan Bomben (28), T Jamal Campbell (25), T Jack Conklin (24), C Nico Falah (23), G Tyler Holmes (26), T Dennis Kelly (28), C Sean McEwen (29), G Kevin Pamphile (27), G Xavier Su'a-Filo (27), T Chris van Zeyl (27).

DL (7): E Frank Beltre (26), E Troy Davis (22), T Jeffery Finley (21), T Linden Gaydosh (28), T Cleyon Laing (32), E Shawn Lemon (26), E Cameron Walker (28).

LB (6): OLB Micah Awe (26), OLB Justin Herdman (22), MLB Akeem Jordan (23), OLB Terrence Plummer (28), OLB Ian Wild (29), MLB Bear Woods (32).

DB (10): CB Alden Darby (22), CB QuDarius Ford (24), S Jermaine Gabriel (25), S Abdul Kanneh (27), S Johnny Sears (28), CB Cassius Vaughn (26), CB Trumaine Washington (23), S Matt Webster (28), CB Robert Woodson (22), CB Ronnie Yell (28).

SPECIALISTS (2): P Zackary Medeiros (32), K Ronnie Pfeffer (31).

KEY POSITION BATTLES

QB (James Franklin vs. McLeod Bethel-Thompson vs. Brandon Bridge)

This could be seen as the most wide open position battle this preseason. Although Franklin and Bethel-Thompson were in the Argos system last season and did split time throughout the season, the addition of Brandon Bridge were surely shake things up over in Toronto and hopefully drive each quarterback to perform and fight for that starting position. Adding on that each quarterback is around the same age and talent range, this will surely be the talk of camp in what will be a series of exciting games.

STARTING HB (James Wilder Jr vs Tyrell Sutton)

Although many may not see this position battle to be too exciting given the fact that both are established running backs, one has to wonder who will take that starting job. While many will see Wilder Jr to take the starting job again, the addition of Tyrell Sutton will surely help improve this offense, whether in the starting role or perhaps as a third down back. Although Sutton is up there in age, he still has the talent similar to Wilder Jr in what will be an exciting battle.

2ND CORNERBACK (Alden Darby vs. Cassius Vaughn)

Although may not be a much anticipated position battle, this one will surely help influence how this defense will function. While the primary cornerback slot seems to be decided, the battle between these two will surely be exciting to watch on the defensive side of the ball. Although Alden Darby seems to have an edge in terms of age and talent, Cassius has the ability to surprise many with his raw talent and will hopefully be a nice surprise for the Argos.
