If they are released on different dates....it would have NOTHING to do with a marketing strategy to get people to buy both.

When the games are completed...they will be released following the "going gold" process.

That much I am sure of.

I suppose you could. Or, if you're like me and don't do FB, you could just stay here at OS where any info will be linked within 2 minutes of it being posted elsewhere!

They have an excellent relationship with OS.

Don't fret the FB refreshing thing. Ramone will almost certainly post all updates either himself or through an OS Mod for us here too.

I am also not a big fan of the slow replays!

The only time I would like slow replays is perhaps when the camera is zooming in on the batters swing, Pitchers throwing mechanic or maybe a fielder making a great diving play or robbing a home run. And at the same time have the commentary should be talking about what we are seeing in the replay just like they do on TV. For example go to 39 seconds into the following video. That is the only time where I actually like slow replays. But most normal replays for Stolen Bases, Home Runs and most other kind of hits should always be at normal gameplay speed.

The ambient soundtrack needs the odd biplane, airplane and helicopter. You'd never notice, but once you notice, it's a glaring omission.

Dynamic could-cover/dynamic weather would be a welcome addition.

Another great idea.

In some stadiums that are closer to airports you can hear plans or choppers go by at random times. I would also like the see the Good Year Blimp fly by. And how about seeing some birds fly by once in a while or walking on the field. Or heck even a random cat or squirrel running around the field once in a while lol

Obviously these are very small things but it would be funny to see this kind of stuff in a video game.

I'm REALLY hoping that The Show reworks the way it does trades. 2K's logic is far from perfect, but I love going back and forth with other GM's at the risk of them hanging up the phone. A trade finder is amongst the things at the top of my list.

I like the idea of slow-mo, but only in specific situations as mentioned above. Close plays at 1B would be cool to see, but only during the time a runners foot hits the bag. Also, with the PS4's better looking faces, really quick cuts of a pitcher's face after giving up a home run or striking out a batter would be cool:

Yeah... seeing the close play at the bag is the only reason for slow-mo. Other than that, I agree, scrap it.

One thing I always wish the show would incorporate that 2k had is the ability to turn pitch speed up when I am pitching. It really added a visual element to the pitching. Pitches would come in at a realistic speed. I am not good enough to hit with that kind of speed. On the show I have to keep it at normal speed.

This would not effect gameplay, just a visual when pitching.
