Re: PS4 Discussion (MLB The Show 14)
I'm a Cowboys fan living in the Washington DC area, I had to. You may have the last laugh next football season though.
Back on topic to The Show, The Show and Spring Training is what's great about this time of the year. I'd imagine PS3 version will def be out prior to opening day, which pleases those itching for some baseball but don't care for spring training. If the PS4 owners have to wait till opening day or later, there's at least spring training. Besides, all this means that winter is almost over so warmer weather!!Comment

Re: PS4 Discussion (MLB The Show 14)
One of the many things I miss about living in AZ always looked forward to Spring Training every year. I used to live down the street from Tempe Diablo Stadium and have been to a game at every spring training park. I'm hoping to get out there to the Cubs new park and on the 8th for the Mariners/Dodgers game.Comment

Re: PS4 Discussion (MLB The Show 14)
I try to make it to at least one Yanks game a year in the Bronx. It's so expensive, I usually can only afford one game, plus I have the small problem of not being able to drive myself being visually impaired, so I have to plan around family members schedules. Fun fact: I was at the first win of the new stadium on April 17, 2009. Skipped school that day.1458, not counting playoffs, that's the number of games in a row I haven't missed! Go Yanks!Comment

Re: PS4 Discussion (MLB The Show 14)
Ill no doubt get the PS3 version if it comes out March and we have to wait til April for PS4 but that's only if it is cross platform and I can continue my franchise if get the PS4 version to continue it, I like to control a few teams and play every gameComment

Re: PS4 Discussion (MLB The Show 14)
If the PS3 franchise can be continued on the PS4 version, and they have some sort of discounted upgrade program to get the PS4 version when it comes out, then I'll definitely be doing that. Otherwise, I guess I'll just stick it out until mid-April or whenever it is released.Comment

You will not be able to carry over past saves from PS3 to the PS4.Comment

This is what I meant, but if what he was paraphrasing was true, then it sounds like that will be at least one distinction between the PS3 and PS4 versions of MLB 14, carry-over saves.Comment

Re: PS4 Discussion (MLB The Show 14)
I think people are still holding out hope that Sony will release a trailer or something before then. Info presented at the event could still be embargoed for the press, but that doesn't mean Sony can't get the jump and release its own info first.Comment

Re: PS4 Discussion (MLB The Show 14)
I don't plan on buying a ps4 for a few more years when:
The prices are much lower
They have made the system as good as it can be
They stop making Ps3 games
I might even just wait for the ps5
But when I do, I Would like to see class-A teams, Zona fall league, brand names, more hair choices--seems to already be coming.
This game is easily one of the best sports games out there, and it has a very exciting future with next genChicago Cubs
Michigan Wolverines
Thanks Peyton. #18Comment
