Tigers probably wouldn't want to deal SP depth but if they got an SS I think they would. They might do Smyly for Asdrubal or something. Only cause they're desperate, though.

Cardinals would definitely do Tyler Lyons for Asdrubal, though.

Erlin is very expendable. Kelly, Fried, Cashner, Luebke, Kennedy, Johnson, Ross, Wisler are all available. Plus some others who are still better than Erlin.

Headley might be a nice buy-low candidate who could do damage at Fenway. I'm sure you have the 'spects to pull it off. Low A and a pair of low Bs if he's playing well...a few mid-high Bs is he's just doing ok.

Some longshots depending on how their teams are doing: Donaldson (OAK), A-Ram (MKE), Panda (SFO).

If I were you, I'd just play it out with Middlebrooks and wait for Cecchini to come up. He's hitting .324/.397/.412 IRL at Pawtucket. He's K'ing a bit more than usual though.

Hey guys as I have said before I am going to be playing as the twins when the osfm and ps4 stuff comes out.

Still just throwing trades out there to see what is available to me, will probably just make a couple and not the whole lot just want to know whats fair.

Now I am looking to aid my pitching and wondering what I would have to give up to get Vizcaino from the Cubs, Boxberger from the Rays and Quintana from the ChiSox.

Are you willing to part with both MLB players and prospects?

Alex Hicks feels like a good fit with the Cubs so I'd build around him to get Vizcaino. The Cubbies also lack a good C prospect so Josmil Pinto is a possibility.

The Rays love their young pitching so Kyle Gibson could be an option for them. Maybe Willingham as a DH/LF.

As for Quintana...hmm that's more tricky. Rick Hahn is rebuilding and stockpiling young guys at every position so maybe a duo of prospects you can spare?

I'd like him to be under 28 and at least have #4 #5 potential just so I can fit him in this year at some point if need be.

My ideal guy would be Martin Perez but I don't know if he's realistic as he probably has more of #2 potential imo. Any other suggestions would be very appreciated. Of course this is all planning ahead so I have no stats to show.

Zach Britton or Brian Matusz from the Orioles. Andrew Miller of the Red Sox came up as a starter so you could convert him back to the rotation.

I don`t think Vizcaino can reel in one of the best catching prospects in the game, he`s not even expected to stay as a starter. While Vizcaino does have dominant reliever upside, at this point, imo, Pinto would be an overpay. I do like the Hicks suggestion however.

If he`s into prospects he could build a package around Sean Nolin of the Blue Jays. He`s a 24-year-old lefty and close to the big leagues

Yeah both prospects and MLB guys are up for grabs. Only guys I don't want to move are Willingham, Dozier, Plouffe, Pinto, Hughes, Meyer, Stewart, Sano and Buxton

I want him more as a reliever/ spot starter for myself to be honest. You think Hicks straight up is enough? Because I am cool with that as I don't really like Hicks. Any way I can put Brett Jackson or Junior Lake into the deal?

If I were the Cubs I would do Vizcaino for Hicks and Sean Gilmartin. You`re not getting Lake, so if you add a 'C' Pitching prospect I`m sure you could get Brett Jackson in the deal as well

EDIT: Added Gilmartin to that deal. Hicks` stock has fallen quite a bit so I`m sure they`d ask for one C+ pitching prospect

Yeah thought Lake was a stretch and The Jackson and Vizcaino deal sounds good to me

Going with a Cubs 'chise this year, love some of the pieces they have in the minors right now.

One of the first things to do is add in a young MLB ready pitcher, as well as another SP prospect and RP/CP prospect.

Being a Tiger fan....my first thought was Jeff Samardzija for Rick Porcello (I know...), Jonathon Crawford, and Cory Knebel. Is that undervaluing Samardzija?

Not looking for top of the line starter but someone young that can fill in the back end of the rotation.
