Wow, that's... no comment lol. Nick Williams could work perfectly though.

I've seen a lot of questionable B's be A's and the other way around. Not going to complain too much though, because there was a lot of work put into the rosters.

But, Williams + Jackson for Ruiz? That doesn't sound too bad.

Depending on how Ruiz is doing, Jackson alone might be the perfect package. Ruiz is 35 and can't hit much at all anymore (depending on how hes doing in your chise)

I was thinking Williams alone. He's a B, right? *crosses fingers*

You might be able to get another small piece too though.

Yeah, he's a high B. Lol, I'd rather have Jackson though, who's also a high-ish B. Both of them are low B's IRL though. Buckel really fell off from last year and isn't in any of the Rangers' top 20's that I've read. He's a mid C in the game. So, back to Jackson + Buckel, too much, or enough?

If you really want that, I won't stop you.

I'm not sure where else to put this but what do you guys do about keeping waivers realistic? Gio Gonzalez was just waived and I can claim him as well as Kris Medlen.

with the cubs - im thinking about trading vogelbach villanueva and an of/sp for swisher and hagadone.

looking for some pop/clean up hitter. thought about ruff and remoid also.

                      seem fair?

MLB 14 The Show Official Trade Discussion Thread

I'm using Cleveland and it's getting close to call up time for Lindor (just called up Cody Anderson to fill a hole for a SP going to DL). I have a couple options, let me know your opinion of most realistic.

Both Asdrubel and Masterson are to be free agents this year. From the simming and little bit of playing I've done, the Indians are well out of the division race already, so no point keeping those types of values around for another couple months.

I have Masterson on the block and the Giants show as the only interested team. Wasn't sure about it at first but come postseason a rotation with Bumgsrner, Cain, Masterson, Lincecum and Hudson would be a nightmare for other teams, so I guess I can buy their interest. Only guy I'd really be interested in is. Crick from them. Would a straight up Masterson for Crick deal make sense? I could also add Asdrubel and throw in a couple lower level prospects (b-/c+ type).

If I keep. Asdrubel I'm thinking of moving him to 3B to call up Lindor (Santana to DH). I don't know much about Asdrubel or the Indians, do you think him shifting to 3rd for. Lindor could happen? If not I will definitely trade him as well.

No on Crick. He's their number 1 prospect. And besides in a post season rotation you don't start all 5 pitchers. Just your best 3

Any other teams you'd recommend looking into moving Masterson and/or Cabrera?

What you think of moving him to 3B to clear room for Lindor?

Masterson fits with most contenders. He's a rental so youre probably not looking at a huge haul but any contender that he would (ratings wise) be in the top three of the rotation is probably a good candidate. If you give some standings I probably could be more specific.

As for Cabrera, I would definitely trade him. He is also a rental and depending how he is performing a contender who needs middle infield help could really use him. Again a set of standings would really help here
