Do you guys think the stubs will carry on to next year's release? I've got all those gamestop ones that I redeemed but never used in game. And also all the ones I've earned, I haven't done anything with them either.

Re: MLB 14 The Show Q & A (PS4)
I was just wondering how you guys go about simming your franchise. It takes me a while to get through one season & I think its because I play to many games. I usually play with everyone in my rotation and just continue that through the season so its usually just play 1 sim 2 or 3 for the whole season.
Ive seen some people talk about playing one and simming 5 or playing once a week.
How many games do you guys sim and play and whats you're reasoning behind it?
ThanksComment

Re: MLB 14 The Show Q & A (PS4)
I'm sure the answer to this exists somewhere on OS but I haven't been able to find it.
Do young pitchers in Franchise Mode develop new pitch types as they mature or is the only way to give them new pitch types to edit them?
I'm guessing you have to edit, but I'm hoping I'm wrong.
Thanks, in advance!Comment

Anyone have any suggestions as to who to edit and when? Or even what pitch types to give and how effective they are?
Thanks!Comment

Re: MLB 14 The Show Q & A (PS4)
QUESTION for the die hards
I've been playing MLB the show online for a number of years now and am in a pretty good active league with plenty of guys who haven't played as many games online. I'm trying to school them on the ins and out of the game, in particular the online game play and came across the subject of pausing the game to induce a fatter pitch. I have found over the years that players use this tactic to get a better pitch to hit because for some reason after a pause the game resets the pitchers accuracy on the X and Y axis. Have any of you information confirming my observation?
Thank you, WEASEL_Comment

Re: MLB 14 The Show Q & A (PS4)
If I do have a RP that looks good enough to be a SP...but only has 3 pitches...I will give him a fourth if he doesn't have an off speed.
But that's about it.
I usually make that fourth pitch no better than the 4th or 5th starters same pitch (anyone in the league)
