Those that are using timed hitting (I know we are a dying breed), is the PCI still completely random like last year?

With timed isnt the PCI dependent on player ratings?

Can you create multiple players and have them all either drafted or signed via free agency by the same team in the same franchise file and play them all together?

It is. However, with last year's game, it seemed to be even more random than it was in the past no matter what the ratings were.

It's much better this year. Been playing on legend with default sliders (except for max pitch speed) and even if the CPU pitcher gets in a groove I'm able to square up pitches that catch too much of the plate. On misses the ball is near the PCI but never in it, and the location is dependent on your timing (so if you're early on a slider the PCI will be located like you were trying to hit a fastball).

And that applies to MLB vs MLB, MiLB vs MiLB, and even MiLB vs MLB.

when hitting a homerun with the white sox at home do the colored lights on top of the scoreboard light up? PS3 they never have

trying to decide if I wanna get the game midnight at Wally or keep my preorder that gets the free $20 worth of Stubs. Anyone who has it already comment whether the stubs are worth it?

It's appears they do. In one of the streams last night Gillaspie hit one out, the following cut scenes didn't show the scoreboard or fireworks but when the next batter came up the pinwheels were still lit up and spinning as they do in real life. It only lasted a second until the next batter was ready.

So the black bars around screenshots... setting your TV to full pixel and maximizing H and V size in-game gets rid of those
