Yeah I don't have any issues either, maybe check ur tv settings, I always play with game mode on. Im playing in a plasma too so maybe that's why I see no issues, who knows
anyone who says they have "no issues" has no idea what they're talking about, frankly. You don't have a different copy of the game. There are framerate issues. Whether you notice them or not is on you.
Although it doesn't effect gameplay I do think its a problem, it looks terrible and a large proportion of what we watch are cutscenes.
What? I figured most people skip cutscenes, they get old after 1-2 games. It should be fixed yes, and i'm sure it will, but I doubt many sit and watched ann the in between play cutscenes.

You dont know what you are talking about...ues the is some stutter here and there, but it's not near as bad as many make out. How many people watch the cut scenes after playing dozens of games? It's an issue, but a very minor one that they will fix.
Yeah the framerate on the cutscenes is laughable. I don't know exactly what it drops down to but it looks well below 30. And you never realize how many cutscenes are in the game until you start getting an issue like this.
A little annoyed with 30 FPS in RTTS/Player Lock when you're on the field (especially noticeable in the outfield). Can live with it, though - it's still plenty playable and looks fantastic.
Sub 60 FPS cutscenes don't bother me that much - that's when the game is supposed to be pretty.
What point are you making? That because people don't watch cutscenes (can I see a source?) it doesn't matter? You realize that is ridiculous, right?
the fact that you admit there is "stutter" means there is an issue. it exists.
Can you read or not? I specifically said yes it is an issue and should be fixed but it is not bad for me, it stutters for a second or so then is fone, it's not gameplay it's minro period.

I get that in theory...
But the cutscenes are soooooooooo choppy.
Even if it were a stable 30-45 I'd be cool. But as it stands now most of them are pretty inconsistent (to my naked eye).

I really hope it gets fixed, personally.
Yupp, sadly the framerate stutter is super noticeable when using an outfielder in RTTS. It's quite annoying at times when using the right tsick to look at the beauty of the stadiums form my outfielder's perspective and it's easily less than 60 FPS (coming from a huge PC gamer)

I beg to differ Mr. Weazel. Some of us enjoy the ambience the cutscenes and real time camera bring to the game all the time, not just after 1-2 games.
The PS3 version is alot more stuttery and jerky compared to the PS4 version. Gameplay on PS4 is smooth for the most but cutscenes are alot more choppy. Framerate should be the number one priority when making games. If that means toning down graphics in areas or removing things that could affect it than so be it. It's like BF4 it runs choppy when playing 64 player conquest compared to domination or rush. I would glady cutback the player count and destruction if that would improve the framerate. I am all for innovation but not at the expense of how a game runs.
