Re: Question about pitching interfaces
In head to head games against another human player I pretty much exclusively use meter. In single player, I used to use pulse, but I recently switched to analog just to try something different, and I'm really starting to fall in love with it. It's a quite a bit more challenging to hit your spots, but when you do, it's so much more satisfying.Comment

Re: Question about pitching interfaces
In order of preference for me:
Classic
Pulse
Analog
Meter
I actually started using all of them. I pick 2 styles for home games and the other 2 for away games and alternate between the 2 after each series. Keeps it fresh for me.“The saddest part of life is when someone who gave you your best memories becomes a memory”Comment

Re: Question about pitching interfaces
I used meter only. Its simply feel and preference. For me, it gives the best balance of user input, player attributes, stamina/fatigue, and pitching performance (good or bad) out of all the interfaces.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

Re: Question about pitching interfaces
I battle constantly between meter and analog. And if I do analog pitching I have to do analog batting and meter has to be button batting. It's like ocdComment

Re: Question about pitching interfaces
Analog because I really have a feel that I am the one painting corners or making the mistake. Pulse/Meter/Classic feel too random to me. I know it has to do with the player's ratings but I feel with analog the ball goes where I make it go.Comment

Re: Question about pitching interfaces
Thanks for the input everyone. I'll be playing The Show more now that franchise saves are transferable. I already use analog for both, but wanted some ideas for pitching from people who might have more insight than myself.TB Lightning | Liverpool | Panathinaikos | Toronto FC

Re: Question about pitching interfaces
I use analog but I wish we could get rid of the meter. I prefer the clean HUD as well and just timing the analog movements with the pitcher's motion rather than staring at a meter. It works very well once you get to know your pitching staff. Now I just shrink the meter to the minimum size and move it to a corner of the screen but I'd prefer an option to get rid of it altogether.Comment
