Does this game even try and be realistic? I'm batting .400 with 13 HRs and 35+
RBIs and i'm currently in the lead for rookie of the year....yet i'm a bench player who's been traded twice.

For someone who's currently a bench player, how do you become a starter? Is it building up your stats? Because i've been the best catcher on the three teams i've been on and still can't get the starting job.

Does the diffuculty and sliders affect simulation games stats?

Was wondering does anyone knew if the 5% bonus for stubs after collecting a card set apply to rtts game mode? So will I get the bonus stubs for finishing a rtts game.?

My catcher is 19 and in his first full season. (Got called up for the final 3 games last season.)

            Is that a factor?

they do not. Only effect actual games being played.

This was from MLB 14, are these fly overs not in MLB 15?

Nope. They took them out in 15.

This isn't entirely true. The stamina sliders do have an effect on simulated games, as well as the injury sliders.

I'm actually of the belief that all of the sliders do have some impact, but I don't have any data to prove that.

The difficulty does not affect simulated games.

Anyone have any idea why bunting runners @ 1st and 2nd over with no outs is being put down as a ground out and a "BAD" at bat?

The commentary even calls it a Sacrifice.

                      This is RTTS btw.

Does the CPU offer you trades for players on the block? I put Sonny Gray on there 3 different times and simmed to the deadline all 3 times and only received one offer the whole time. Seems pretty low. I'd expect a ton of offers from contending teams.

Hey fellas, always wondered this in past years—is there any way to "train" a young player in a new position? If you just put them at a new position will it effect their ratings?

Is the only way to officially put them at a new position to just edit them within franchise?

Is there anyway to keep your player from getting traded a million times in RTTS? I'm an All Star player but keep getting traded. I'd like to land on a team and actually stay there.

Some glitch or something took place on my online franchise league. I signed a 20 year old 92 A potential LHP Julio Uriah for 9 years for around 87-88 million. Obviously, that's great deal for a guy at his caliber. However, I checked during the postseason at my roster along with my contracts and what not, and I noticed that it said 1.7 million for one year for Julio although the season before I pulled off that deal (and I am sure of it because I looked at franchise events and it said he did sign that contract for that many years along with the money). I'm not really sure what happened, but I am frustrated now (a resign year later) that I have to negotiate with him again :/. Anybody have any advise to what happened and anything I could possibly do to fix it? I know there is probably no resolution, but I came to see if anyone had any insight. Thanks if you do.

I think it is because your coach did not call for a sacrifice so it reads it as weak contact and low pitch count. My advice, swing away.

You will get more offers than for players not on the block, but the game still looks for trades and a player like Gray requires a big return. Thus, if you only got one offer for him it is due to the return needed to get him. But, if he wasn't on the block, you probably wouldn't have gotten an offer at all.

You just have to edit them in franchise.

To my knowledge, in RTTS, nothing you can do. It should settle down at some point, though. Look at Samardzija. He'll probably get traded again this month but should settle somewhere next year.
