Gonna try to pick up the game this weekend, money is a little tight right now.

I'll be carrying over my CF for the Royals who is in his 6th year right now. I'm actually in the middle of the season. I might try to finish off that season before I carry over.



Can anybody tell me, since nobody would answer me on the streams/the Q&A thread: Did they finally make the Transactions menu viewable year-round in RTTS? Rather than just in the offseason? They made improvements to the transactions menu in Franchise so I was hoping that they might have fixed this finally.

Shortly after writing this, I realized "what the hell am I thinking... I need to get this game right now" haha so I brought MLB 14 and a few blu-rays to Hastings and traded them in. I actually got $24 for last year's game, hell of a trade-in. I was expecting $10 max.


Anyways, finished the install and just loaded up my first RTTS game. I'm nervous, I'm a Pure Analog guy and they messed with it this year and took the stride out, so it might take me a while to get used to the new method. I'm in the middle of an MVP-campaign so I really hope my stats don't dip too much

I carried over my save from 14 of Barry Bonds. Didn't play it a whole lot so im still in AA. Hoping to get promoted soon since I've been tearing it up!

Thinking of also making a infielder like a 3B and either picking a team with uniforms I like or going through the draft

Yes, but since I'm carrying over from last year I don't have to worry about it this year which is awesome lol

But if I do want to start a new one, I will wait, and play my carry-over one in the mean time. OSFM makes it so much better. All the prospects with realistic faces, and this year they'll be able to do equipment too...

Got my first RTTS homer of MLB 15, 30th on the season. Felt good brah.


So how exactly do I go about earning the equipment? How often should I be getting something? Is there any way to know exactly how to earn what?

Well I transfered all the MLB14 stuff I wanted over and then started another 1st baseman for my Cardinals. FYI: Matt Adams your either going to get traded, sent to bench or sent down to AAA because I am a coming to " The Show". sorry dude it's business.

Made a switch hitter 3B named Arik Rezik (my middle and family name from russia) used my previous order stubbs from training points for the showcase. Hoping to be drafted by the Indians that's why I made a 3B.

Got drafted By the yankees. 1 pick ahead of the tribe. Start the year in AA.

Good news is that they apparently have fixed some of the issues with first basemen covering especially in DP situations. I only played a few games with my 1b when I carried over the save but it looks like it is better. I am thinking of restarting my speedy, contact swinging CF as a Cardinal since he is still in the minors. I hope I don't get traded!

Yes anywhere from D to A and then as you get older you might drop letters.

I think the only way I have heard of getting free "packs" is buy playing for a certain number of sessions or maybe it is days, although I have not seen the "Stamp Screen" yet that is supposed to show the progress. You can get some cards for playing games in other modes. I have gotten a card after my exhibition games.

I was really hoping they would improve the RTTS outfielding camera. For the life of me I cannot figure out how to field a fly ball. I guess it's back to 3B for me again this year since that's where I'm most comfortable.

Started my RTTS last night. I am going for a larger frame, power hitting third baseman that will eventually need to transition from 3B to DH. I plan on keeping his fielding low to offset how good of a hitter he could become.

My first showcase I didn't hit very well. Only had one hit in three games (I forget my stats) but was drafted 14th overall by the Braves. I was hoping to go to a team I like like Pittsburgh or Boston so I decided to go to 2 year junior college.

My second showcase was much better. I knocked in a couple of runs and was drafted 11th overall by the Rays.

My first game was the Biscuits - in fact my first AB ever - I hit a 3 run HR. Ended up going 2-4 that game with 3 RBI.

Can't wait to get into the meat and potatoes of a season. May do like a weekly highlight show or something.
