This ends up leading to the fact that it's hard to land big name guys a lot. Also, a majority of the free agents are 33+ when simming into future years.

What I'd like to see is something (like an email from the player, like in OOTP) that shows us if they're interested or not. It could potentially ruin how you handle your team if you have to keep simming days in order to see if he accepts your offer, before he declines, signs with someone else, and now you're stuck with a hole at a position. Basically, I just want to see a revamped negotiation period.
You are not going to get many guys that reach FA before 30. Because of the rules in MLB. Every team gets to control their guys for 6 years after they accrue one year of service time or something like that. This is what lead to the huge gripe this ST when Kris Bryant got sent back down to AAA to start the season when the season started this year. The Cubs didn't want to use a year of team control when they could wait 2 weeks and not use that year of control.

Why are additional jerseys not DLC (paid or otherwise)? Because of the slot system for uniforms in the game. This might not have been a problem before (why change the game if you couldn't even fit them on the disk if you did?) but that excuse is gone and it's time for a change
Not enough memory it's not an excuse it's a fact.

A few things I'd like to see with equipment.

-Ability to edit logo colors for batting gloves and mitts.

-Home/Road equipment (includes cleats, mitts, batting gloves, catcher gear)

-Editable color schemes for both catchers masks. Also includes padding of normal mask.

-Bring back the ability to edit cap brims and ear flaps for helmets.

-Ability to edit managers/coaches. (The fake guys at least)

-Multiple mitts for utility players or players that play more than 1 position.

        -Updated facial hair/hair styles.

-Add team color options for mitts and bat tape.

        Misc.
Expand the A roster from 15 to 25 or even 20.

          @ ST

I'd like to add one additional note: all equipment to have a team default option...similar to what's available for the wristbands/armbands.

It's hard though...especially when I got my neighbor playing their franchise across the street...maybe I will occupy myself with Glamore Magazine.

Does that mean we'll be getting fewer upgrades and additions? If we're already running low on memory, how will you add new things to the game?

              Baseball is all about statistics...

I think the show has done a great job of showing career milestones, but I want there to be a screen dedicated to records and statistics. I want to be able to see how many home runs I need to move into the top 10, or how many I need to be the franchises leader in home runs, or to see who is on the same level as me for a career as far as current players go.

You can still edit cap brims & ear flaps. Not many MLB players wear helmets with two ear flaps. Shin-Soo Choo & Shane Victorino are the two most notable players who wear it.

No you can't. You can only edit created players and players added in SCEA weekly updates. You cannot edit existing player cap brims. Been like this the last 2 years.

Change the player models! They are the exact same models they've been using for five years now. They're just upressed ps3 models. It looks awful at this point. Just do a complete overhaul on the player models. Some guys like madbum look decent but most look bad. Skinny guys should be skinny, fat guys should be fat. I think fixing the cloth of the uniforms could help with this too. Skinny guys like mookie just look like short buff guys. Fat guys look like buff guys with their stomach extended. None of it looks like real players, there's no variation.

And do something, anything to rtts. Look at nba, I know it's hard to make it that good, but make it feel like I'm actually the player, that I'm actually important, that I'm not some robot. Give us some personalisation, some talking, anything to make me feel like I'm a player. It's been essentially the same did ten years now outside of a prospect game.

Not enough memory? Have they played gta 5? But a baseball game doesn't have enough memory? I find that odd.

I'm going to have to agree. GTA's file size 54gb compared to The Show's 37gb. I understand if you say that it's memory you don't want to use. But to say there isn't enough space...

As some have already posted, I'd love to see the progression/regression overhauled so that things are still enjoyable several seasons in - without having to manually adjust a ton of players.

I'd also love to see improved statistical tracking.

For me, I'd enjoy an overhaul of the scouting system and the MLB draft (more rounds, more variety of potential draftees, players who are signing risks, more integrated slots, etc.).

I'd like to see a period specific built in for international signees.

Finally, I'd also like to see near complete customize options - players, contracts, injuries, etc. - similar to what we had in NBA 2K15.

All of that, and I'd be one happy dude.
