They bring features in last year and this year what isn't really a game changer. Inside the Show Radio Broadcast, Show time and Perks. I would really like the way what 2k is doing. Start peak end peak and presentation would a huge improvements. I think still they doing a good job. Trade finder ,year to year saves, licensed equipment are very good additions. We will see what this year have.

The improvements they have made merely seem to be additions that are just catching up to other games.

I can definitely agree with that. Not a lot of innovation in the last few iterations, other than year-to-year saves. The game still doesn't feel truly Next-Gen to me. The updated stadiums last year looked gorgeous, but until they completely re-do the player models from the ground-up and see massive improvements in animation quality, it still feels like it's got one foot in last-gen, and one foot in next-gen, even though this will be the 3rd iteration of the game on PS4.

I will say that their version of Diamond Dynasty they created last year was really good, and it has by far the best auction house of any of the Ultimate Team modes.

Okay you lack of anything constructive person, the game looks good from PS3 to PS4 so calm the F down man. Franchinse is good, its always been good for a long time..anything they do to improve it is awesome. And stop using the word iteration, makes me think of an itch on my ***. I just want them to make the game harder..yes harder...bring back Stride. Im a baseball fan and thats what i want. And stop using the word "iterations"...itch itch

You know, even if this game is terrible, that's alright. Because I was satisfied with 15. Satisfied. I still play it like I did back in the Spring. Haven't played much Madden or FIFA because of it. If 15 is the last baseball game I ever get to play, I'll die a happy man.

But I'm still nonetheless excited about 16. Any bad feelings should be gone after seeing that RTTS video. I think I'm going to like the new features, and I like how when you start, there's more of a storyline to it. You have to impress the scouts, press the button at the right time. I might just start RTTS over again to experience this.

Plus, when has SCEA ever majorly let us down? They're not perfect, but they've always produced good games.

Hello, can someone pls help me. I've been trying for yrs to find this out. google, youtube, forums, and i never got an answer and i'm hoping someone here can tell me..


I want to buy a PS4 for the show.. but i'm only an OFFLINE player and i only like to play the CPU. but all i want to do is create my 81 expos with their powder blue uniforms, and create all 25 players accurately and then put them in a season and play current MLB teams.. or even play for fun.. i'd even take that... can i do this with mlb 14 or mlb 15 the show? thanks

Unfortunately the uniforms are not in the game, nor is the Expos name.

thanks scott, i know that. but i want to create them from scratch in create a team. i can make it almost a replica in create a team with a powder blue color and all. but i just want to know if i do create a team, can i create the players too, put them on that team and start a season with them OFFLINE vs CPU?

The players you can make......but it would have to be in another team slot.
Can you do something like this in Diamond Dynasty?

I'm pretty sure you'd be able create the uniform and team name etc. in DD, and you'd be able to play the computer.

But you would not be able to create the players on the team, you'd have to use the DD cards.

that's exactly it, knight. i want to know if i can do this in Diamond Dynasty, create each player with their overall rating, create the uniform and play offline in a season?

I don't think you can edit players in DD....according to the poster above.

I don't play that mode at all.

thanks factzzz, my last question.. i know you're right, but how did that guy in that youtube vid have 4 ex expos on them? didn't he create them, or put in a bunch of no names on that team and then edit each one? can i do this offline vs cpu? thanks again.

Do you mind posting the youtube video.

Because i know you can create one player in DD, called your DD player, and then there are some legends available to play with, if you unlock their card.

Ohh okay, they changed Diamond Dynasty this past year, so you can only have 1 created player, in the past you could create more, so i guess that's the case since he was playing MLB 14 the Show.

I'm not all too familiar with DD before this year, but in MLB 15 and i assume MLB 16, you can only create 1 player now, so i guess this wouldn't be possible.

No you can't do season mode. You can only play individual games against the cpu in Diamond Dynasty.

No you can't do season mode. You can only play individual games against the cpu in Diamond Dynasty.

In addition to ^^, DD is an online mode and the servers for 14 are decomm'd as of November last year.

Also, i just thought of something.. I just wanted to play season mode with my old expos uniforms. So if only MLB The Show can put in a throwback expos uniform on the Nats, my problem would be solved, right? I can just edit each player on the nats names and faces and voila.... it's done. Am i wrong to think i can edit any player in this games names, attributes, etc??? But i don't know why, for some reason, they never put the expos throwback as option for the NATS.. they put each one except the Expos. I'm praying maybe they do it this yr.

Nationals don't own the rights to the Expos jersey's so that's not going to happen.

I have been eagerly waiting for some new improvements to the Show, looks like I will still be waiting when it comes out.
