No interest in Diamond Dynasty or RttS all that much so just the standard edition for me. I miss the days when preordering on Amazon got you $10-$20 off your next order. I dont think I have preordered much since they stopped doing that.Comment

MVP Edition. As much as I'd like to get the Digital Deluxe, video games are one of those things I HAVE to have a physical copy of. It feels different doing the digital version.Comment

Digital Deluxe. Get a nice head start on my DD squad. Only because I got a $100 amazon gift card for my birthday, used that to get a PSN $100 code then used that to pre order.Comment

Its only $10 more for the MVP Edition. If you Pre-Order from Amazon You get: 20 Standard Packs (25 Gamestop) , 5k Stubs ,1 Opening Day Pack, 1 Sponsor Pack. Its worth it for DD.Last edited by thomas2345; 02-22-2016, 11:54 PM.Comment

Re: Which edition of MLB 16 The Show will you be buying?
But I have to say, I really like having a digital collection. I play a lot of titles in my free time and am jumping in and out of different games a lot, I also keep my consoles and A/V equipment in a media closet away from the TV. So being able to turn off a game and immediately start another in just a couple of quick button presses is really convenient and helps streamline things on my PS4.
Plus, the fact that I can pre-load preordered games and play them exactly at midnight on launch if I want is an advantage too.Comment

Granted if you want the $99 version you have to go digital which I'm not sure I like. I'd rather digital customers get a discount since publishers, including Sony, are making an even large profit margin off of them without manufacturing/distribution and retailer costs.Comment

This is the only advantage I can think of between a digital and disc copy of a PS4 game. Both are installed to the HDD. So in the end they both act exactly the same. One is downloaded from Sony's servers, they other is "downloaded" from a physical disc. You can uninstall and install anytime you want as long as Sony keeps providing access to it and you have an internet connetion or if you didn't break/lose the disc.Comment

Might as well spend the extra cash for the Deluxe digital then if you're planning on playing DD a bunch; it's really the only reason to get the deluze digital and definitely worth it for DDComment
