Just as a note. In past "spend $XXX and get $XX" deals that PSN has done the extra cent hasn't mattered. Lots of conflicting info online, but I've always gotten the bonus code for spending $XX.99. May have changed and the fine print does state $100.00 so if anyone is worried you can buy something cheap to get you over $100.00.

Thanks for the heads up there. I figured that they would stick to the language of the promotion and didn't want to risk the one cent, so I picked up 'The Walking Dead: Michonne' along with my pre-order of The Show.

Damn, yeah thats gotta be the cheapest thing on PSN. I can't ever recall seeing anything cheaper than that. But even if you buy something worth $.44 you still have to deposit a $5 minimum into your wallet. So if you're buying something just for the sake of it, you might as well just spring for something more substantial worth $5 that you can get use out of.

Sure but with the $15 bonus you might want that $4.56 in psn funds anyways. I recommend buying an actual game on sale instead of this. It's just for people who maybe only want The Show right now and no other game.

Well I just bought a new vehicle, and am in the process of buying a new house. It literally took begging from me to convince my wife to add the game into our strict budget. So needless to say I'm getting the standard version.

I had the standard version pre-ordered from Amazon. Decided I'd rather have digital even though I would pay more since I got the Prime discount on Amazon. Just canceled my Amazon order and bought the standard digital yesterday.

If I win one of the Digital Deluxe editions during the Twitch stream sweepstakes, I'll be looking to sell the download code cheap (since PS store purchases on non-refundable). Heck, I'd probably just give it away to a Diamond Dynasty head who asked real nice.

Standard Edition.

If the marketplace is like it was last year I don't think it'll be too difficult to earn what is being offered with the MVP or Deluxe edition.

The MVP edition is only $10 extra. I understand if you dont want to buy the Deluxe its $100.

I have a feeling that the devs have put some limits in place. Maybe greatly reducing how many orders you can have. That would be the simplest way I can think of to limit the market players. If you can only have 3-5 orders then it will slow down how fast you can flip cards. I hope the devs have found a way to really reduce how much people can make from flipping cards. Seems unfair that people who play the market are limited, but for the sake of balance in the head to head games I really really hope they have found ways to limit team stacking and market flipping. I'd rather spend my time playing games instead of playing the market. Last year you had to play the market if you wanted to compete in the high leagues. If two good evenly skilled players play and one has a 82 rated team and the other 92, it does matter.

My hope is that a month in the best teams will have maybe one diamond player, 3-4 gold and the rest silver/bronze. I know that won't happen since as it's been pointed out the devs have a financial incentive to let people spend money and stack their teams, but I really wish the lineups would be limited to a more realistic level where you have to make tradeoffs. Even if I have 5 diamond players I'd want the game to force me to pick one or two of them to use on my team at any given time.

Quick question, as a strictly season mode player, is it really worth the additional expense of the MVP & Digital versions?

Are the items available through the packs already in the game for players like myself? In other words, is there equipment only available to those that play DD or RTTS?
