Are the pending contract offers in free agency period of the offseason a bug or is it accurate? I see during the off season that my remaining budget is less than the contract offers that are pending. Pending offers should be less than the budget remaining correct? The way pending offers works confuses me for some reason. I also can't sign a player sometimes because it says something like I can't afford the player anymore

Is the first career home run glitch still happening in franchises? I remember a workaround last year was to play the first Sunday game of the season. This year has 3 games on Opening Day Sunday so which do I play or do I play all 3?

two questions

1. In franchise 30 team control can I draft for all 30 teams?

2. How do attributes play into sliders? If you are in a slump with a good hitter and increase the contact slider shouldn't your player already be making good contact based off of high contact attribute alone? Why should the slider have to be increased? It makes bad players better..how do you find he balance?

In my 30 team franchise I'm currently in the offseason and have just reached the rule 5 draft. Once I enter the draft I find that there isn't a single player available to be drafted. Is this a known glitch or am I doing something wrong?

I'll answer 1.
Yes....there is a mode option for drafting.
You can set it to manual or just enter the draft and choose for each team in order.

If I use a player when he's tired do his attributes take a hit? Or is the only downside the player being more likely to get hurt? I turn off injuries, so this aspect is moot for me.

In Franchise mode does anyone know the draft order for the first year player draft? Is it the same as the actual mlb draft? Which teams have multiple picks before the second round in this years game? i remember in years past it being similar but different than actual order.

They are in the Roster Vault(you go into the game...and navigate the main screens to the Roster Vault)...and the O.S.F.M. by RidinDwnKingsley should be on top.
Just hit on that and download to your HDD.

When you start a franchise...load the roster and go!
