Those that imported, when you look at your stats, are the teams you played for correct?

Actually, now that you mention it, no. I play a CF for the Blue Jays and has the team under my career stats listed as TB.


On another note, I noticed a weird bug that happened to me a couple times in the same game. I was in the field and my manger said to play deep, so I backed up. My player went into the animation of turning around and trotting toward the fences, but he didn't turn around, he just stood there facing the crowd and the play wouldn't continue. The only way to get out of it was to pause and select Next Appearance.

Anybody else just going to continue and play their 15 import? Only thing screwed up are the player card stats and for your guy they are 100% correct except the team he played on. Which you can always look at the locker room stat page.

Between franchise saves not importing correctly and rtts either. I need to play one of them and rtts seems like the better option.

In my 3rd year I've really increased my walks. I knew I had more walks this year, but with 16 I can see how much. Funny thing is I didnt touch the sliders between years. I batted .260 in 2015 and currently batting .223 in 2016

I think part of it is that they pitch around you more as you get better.

That certainly could be it. I also have batted 85% leadoff in 2016 compared to prevous years where i batted 5-6

Anyone know how to enable "play by play" permanently?

Everytime you select it it skips the current cut scene. Pretty bonehead implementation if there is no other way to use it.

Transferred my guy after finishing up the 2018 season in MLB 15 The Show. In MLB The Show 16 his stats are correct (from what I see) but the teams he played for are incorrect. He's starting his 4th year in the league; 2 w/ SD & 1 SD/ATL. I wasn't expecting his 2018 season to say SD/ATL but it had him playing for HOU (and LAD 2 yrs previous).

Not sure if this has been mentioned, but for some reason I can't figure out how to turn off the ball trail in RTTS this year. The only option I can find for it says it's OFF but it still shows up on fly balls. Am I missing something? It doesn't show up in regular games, just RTTS.

I think some where in the code the number that represents your former teams got fat fingered and is one too big. If you look at it, your former teams are off by one. I'm sure a patch will be coming down to fix this in the future.

Yup. I found this bug over the weekend. Leaving my carryover RTTS alone until it is patched.

If I start a RTTS on 15 but not play any of the showcase game what will happen when I transfer to 16? Looking to do this just so I can spend my stubs on 15 to buy training points and then carry him over to 16. Thanks for the help

I did this yesterday. You start MLB 16 in the Prospect showcase also. Weird part is I chose to go to school for 1 year to try to start AA in the 2016 season. Nope, it started me in April 2015.

Actually, thinking about it, this is probably done on purpose so those who choose 4 year college doesn't play in 2020 season.

Is it true that there is absolutely no equipment carryover? Even if I import an RTTS guy from '15 who is equipped with all kinds of gear, he will have none of that gear when I load him up on '16?

Correct. No cards (Players, Equip or Sponsors) carry over from year to year.
