I have seen it twice so far, once in the arm and once in the shin. Neither caused any inspections for injury.

However, when I was doing wind testing I was playing on Beginner with violent winds, maxed sliders and a maxed out player, and I hit a shot to LF where Jarrett Parker got beaned in the head, but finished off the play. Afterward it said he had a broken nose.

Many less balls hit off the pitcher though, as you said.

I think they added a concert stage to one of the minor league stadiums in right field. Not sure which one tho

I always chalk that up to, you do have the away team fans in the crowd as well.

I considered that (and would be a cute touch if done well) but this is clearly where the crowd is coded to cheer the dive irrespective of outcome, leading to some awkward moments where they're cheering their heads off despite a hit.

In RTTS I have beaned two pitchers so far. Neither got pulled from the game and both threw me out at 1st. Nearly hit a few more with line drives right back up the middle but they either ducked them or dodged out of the way.

This is because now instead of line drive beaners, now you get way too many wild pitches/passed balls/dropped third strikes. The problems keep on coming

They need to have way less fans at Marlins Park, and not enough of them are wearing Mets gear.

The thread is gone because you are supposed to send all glitches directly to the development team. Sometimes they don't look here.

I haven't experienced this and I think that the good out-weighs the bad in this game by an immeasurable amount

Glad you're not seeing it. I see it quote often still, maybe slightly less than before but I would say still every other game.

Though I guess a little thing is that the pitchers do make more of an effort to get out of the way, which is new, and how most people would react.

I've actually seen it probably 10 times so far, just happened yesterday. So, it's still there.
