Being discussed in the PS4 Pro thread

It seems that even if you apply changes after being warned about your display there is no discernible difference in image quality for 1080p guys, so probably no downsampling functionality built into the game.

That's what happened to me when I maxed HDR intensity. Then I set it to 50% and the dimmed areas were gone. ks8000 by the way.

Should be written on the back of the TV. Look for a white sticker.

My lazy way to find this out is to go to Amazon and search my orders. Or Best Buy, or wherever. Other than that though you'll have to get a flashlight and look around the back of the TV and it'll be on there somewhere.

One piece of advice, when you find it, just take a pic of the information with a flash on a camera or your phone and then magnify it to see the info. Unless you've got the eyes of an eagle it won't be easy as it'll likely be written tiny.

I don't know for sure because I haven't tried it, but can't you also find it in the TV's info section in the menus? You know, Menu -> Support -> Info or something like that?

I'm not in front of any of my Samsung sets, so everything I said may be way moot or wrong. But even my flip phone has this! So does my receiver haha.

Or possibly under "About". Also, it will show up on your home network as like SAMSUNG_SL7398UR or whatever (that's a made up model number btw) the model is of your TV.

Mine shows up as SAMSUNG_KS850D or something like that when I look in my router table.

It seems that no matter what I set the HDR Intensity slider to, my game still comes across as pretty dim.

Yea something is up with HDR in this game. I had it at about 3/4 and while playing at citi field it looked way too bright. The colors were fine but too bright.

NBA2K is the standard of sports games period.
