I've seen it as well, but that's what they said on stream. Ramone asked the guy who's in charge of face scans and he gave him a list of guys who don't have them, including Swanson.

Both Swanson and Arcia have face scans, I'm telling you they look true to life. These by far are the best face scan I have seen in a sports game.

Played a game with Indians. Lindor has solid Red socks. No stripe like they wear. I thought that was updated this season. Am I missing something? Sorry if it's alr day been answered somewhere else.

What does that mean?

Earlier MLB 2K games definitely had a 24 hour clock that would just keep going and going. Even mid-batter, you could watch the shadow continue to creep over parts of the field.

I don't believe this is the case for The Show, though. I believe that The Show changes on a per-batter/per-inning basis only. Meaning you won't see a shadow change until the at-bat ends.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but if you played a 40-inning game that started at 1:00, I'm not certain that it ends at dusk or night. I think that every time they have in the game only lasts for so long. No guarantees on this one.

If you're just referring to self-shadowing and such... hasn't this been in the game since PS3? I know it has improved over time (especially reflections since the inclusion of PBR last year), but I don't know what you're necessarily referring to that is "new" in this case.

I think the show does it per pitch, I remember Ramone mentioning this on a stream somewhere. If you play long enough, you can get to morning. Trust me, I wasted 3 hours of my life seeing if it would work

As for your "per pitch" comment, I've seen nothing in any MLB 17 gameplay video (including gameplay video from OS members) that indicates this is true, even on foul balls. It only seems to change per batter, as it always has.

I love the new retro fielding view. If I use retro fielding view when I am at bat will I still get the no doubter HR celebration cam where you see the batter do his no doubt HR swing?

I really like it when they do that and I'm unsure if we need to use the "Dynamic" offensive camera to see it... I hit a few HR's tonight and it followed the ball each time.

Not 100% certain but I wanna say what was updated for the Indians was the sock color not the stripes.

They updated with stripes in the road socks, but not the home red. Weird. Maybe it will get updated later.

In franchise mode, can you view past champions and league history information as you progress through seasons? Was not an option in MLB16. I had to keep a separate word file to track such things.

I have been playing on PS3 since 2009 and when I fire the game, my 1080p HD automatically switches to 720. If I should get a PS4 console but not Pro, will it do the same or will it remain on the 1080 resolution ? Thanks in advance for your reply.

I have a OG PS4 and 1080p TV, I really dont want to drop $200+ for a new system when it sounds like the game looks amazing on OG PS4.

Same for me. When I play the game, I see no need to upgrade either my tv or ps4. Then when I leave the house I read all of these ps4 pro 4k impressions and it sucks me in. Then when I get home, and turn the game on, it's beautiful and I again see no need to upgrade
