I had the same thing but it started for me last night before the patch which was weird then today it continued with that same "755" listed as the break for pitches that showed it.

Ya this has happened before the patch. Ive noticed it quite a few times since day 1.

Why isn't the catcher blocking ability listed as an offline and online fix? Did they just not change it offline?

I don't think the actual ability of the catcher to block the ball is the issue, Carlos Ruiz does a pretty solid job of keeping the ball in front of him and not letting it squirt away. The problem is two fold, the runners are programed to see it as an opportunity to take the extra base far too often when the ball isn't actually getting away from the catcher and the catcher acts as if the runners aren't running taking his sweet time to pick the ball up. If there was a way to tweak the AI logic to only take off when the ball actually gets away from the catcher, whether it be to the backstop or off to the side, it would probably solve it all but no idea how easy that is to patch after the fact.

lol I never play Quick Count games in my franchise. Tried it once, felt like I was cheating lol

Fired up my White Sox franchise. I'm playing with Quick Counts. Top of the 4th inning, Melky Cabrera leads off the inning with a double. Carrasco has 54 pitches and that was only my second hit. Matt V mentions that the Indians now have someone warming up in the bullpen. This is brutal...

And then he was pulled before my first batter in the 5th. He threw under 60 pitches through 4, only gave up 1 run on 3 hits. Man this sucks

Reading the comments I see that some of my concerns haven't been addressed as of yet. There will no doubt be more patches so I won't overreact. Tomba is being slammed pretty hard for his comments but I actually think his concerns are a testimony of how great this game really is. The bar is so high for this game because of its realism that things like colors being off really are a disappointment for some. Think about that... When that is what affects your ability to enjoy the game, the game itself must be pretty amazing. If the colors are correct everywhere else he just wants them corrected in those areas as well. That whole Tigers jersey thing wasn't a big deal to everyone but they fixed that. Not trying to speak for him but that's how I interpreted his comments not just that he was being a crybaby.

Problem is, one of his issues isn't an issue....it's the correct color.

An absolutely amazing patch so far.

The swing glitch that was probably the biggest issue in the game has now been fixed.

Some pitcher animations have been fixed, which also provides hope that we can now find the rest that need to be fixed and finally fix this glitch that has plagued the series, and that animations can be fixed as the game gets patched.

Seems like the game plays faster and smoother and has less stuttering in between pitches in the one game that I played.

By the way, what's the difference between QM and MOM? Practically nothing, except in MOM you actually watch the gameplay.

There are a lot of differences between QM and MoM. Two are radically different game modes from each other. Looks like you want to use a "trolling tactic" to respond to someone's "trolling tactic". You know two trolls don't make it right.

Downloading the patch now and I'll play a game later.

Still can't play online franchise. Another patch that leaves us online franchise guys in the dark. Just take the mode out already.

My total xp reverted back to 1, and my audio songs deleted off the servers. Did this happen to anybody else.

I can't say you're lying but the homerun issue has not gone away for me. I played 4 Games after patch 1.04 with Default sliders and I have hit 9 homeruns. The computer has hit 11. That is almost 3 a game for the computer and 2 for me as the user.

I'd like to know what difficulty everyone who is hitting constant bombs is on.

I hit on All-Star and hit a normal amount of HRs with my guys, which is roughly 1-2 a game. Some games I hit zero, some games I hit 3 or 4.

I pitch on HoF and rarely give up jacks unless it's a mistake pitch left up in the zone.

I'm starting to think that the people hitting 5 HRs a game are all hitting on Veteran and should probably pump up the sliders/difficulty. Or I just suck at hitting, which could easily be the case.

Also the very first game I played today my baserunner just froze between 1st and 2nd (I hit a grounder into LF with a man on 1st no out) and because he was froze I get tagged out. So instead of two on no out I got 1 on 1 out. Sweet game.

I feel the same way, We're able to play online franchise thankfully and aren't stuck where it needs to activate, but just played a game in OF against a user and got a dude stuck in the box about 6 times... ridiculous... everyone is saying "what a great patch" yet there are still massive issues in regards to gameplay!
