There's a video posted to Reddit that shows a certain team that didn't get their red fixed last year, got their red fixed this year.

I took a screencap but I don't know if I'm okay to post it here since it may violate the rules regarding leaks.

The problem is franchise mode has issues which aren't addressed due to lack of developer time. Meanwhile the developer time is spent on uniforms. Each team has a wide variety of uniforms to choose from and the players can only wear one uniform at a time. Pick a uniform you like and use it.

You realize that graphics and game modes are worked on by entirely different teams right? Work on uniforms has nothing to do with franchise.

Different teams entirely. I think I recall they only have one guy devoted to franchise mode, actually (and unfortunately).

EDIT: I see I'm an echo. That's what happens when you're on this page for too long and browsing other tabs meanwhile. I suppose then I'll simply contribute a little extra by speaking on the notable day in history that was August 11th, 2018...

Also if you actually took the time to look through it, you'd realize that this thread isn't about adding more uniforms at all. It's about improving the way ALL uniforms look and animate. Something that greatly affects the look of the overall game.

Others have pointed out how wrong you are already, but I feel like piling on. So. Wrong! Commonly spouted myth around here it seems. The art team is separate from the franchise team. Take your complaints elsewhere. [emoji854]

I’ve been playing Mlb the show for years and I personally think the graphics needs an overhaul in general. To me some of the skin tones look like clay. Can’t wait to see what the game looks like tomorrow.

At this point we'll have to wait for PS5 to get any major graphics overhauls, including the bone I have to pick with night skies. That's just a realistic expectation.
